Yoga Awardee Yogacharya Dr.Raghavendra
Guruji.
Above 8
years Male and Female can Attend the camp,Yoga class will be at 6:00 to 7:15 am
and 6:00 to 7:15 pm two divided batches. Will be teaching Sukshma Vyayam,Stula
Vyayam,Asanas,Pranayama,Meditation,Bhajans,Chanting of Mantra effectively and
Jyotir Dhyan,Surya Namaskar And also given guidelines to how to relive stress
management,Non curable disease etc,
